The Caker's mixes are beautiful packages of pre-mixed cake ingredients to which you just need to add some milk, butter or oil and fruit / nuts in order to make a fail-proof and ridiculously delicious cake at home, Caker style.

All cake mixes are eggless and vegan - you can make them using regular butter and milk or vegan alternatives. They're also made with spelt flour, which can suit some people with gluten intolerance.
Chocolate Hazelnut is the Daddy Warbucks of Caker mixes, i.e. the richest. Best enjoyed with a glass of red wine and Nigella Lawson impressions.

Non-stick Cake Tin Liner
WHAT YOU NEED
-310ml or just over a cup of your choice of regular milk or dairy-free milk (coconut, almond, oat or rice milk work best)
Butter or Oil
-115g or about 1/2 a cup of your choice of butter or oil (light-flavoured oils like coconut oil or rice bran oil work best)
-50g or about a handful of chopped hazelnuts
