The Caker's mixes are beautiful packages of pre-mixed cake ingredients to which you just need to add some milk, butter or oil and fruit / nuts in order to make a fail-proof and ridiculously delicious cake at home, Caker style.

All cake mixes are eggless and vegan - you can make them using regular butter and milk or vegan alternatives. They're also made with spelt flour, which can suit some people with gluten intolerance.
Coconut Raspberry is a funky fresh flavour combination - a way more hip version of the coconut ice that is always devoured first at Lioness Club meetings.
WHAT'LL YOU GET
Coconut Cake Mix
-Spelt flour, sugar, blanched ground almonds, desiccated coconut, baking powder, salt, ground vanilla bean
Coconut Icing Mix
-Icing sugar, desiccated coconut, ground vanilla bean
Non-stick Cake Tin Liner
ALL YOU NEED
-295ml or just over a cup of your choice of regular milk or dairy-free milk (coconut, almond, oat or rice milk work best)
Butter or light-flavoured oil
-115g or about 1/2 a cup of your choice of butter or oil (light-flavoured oils like coconut oil or rice bran oil work best)
-120g or about a cup of fresh or frozen raspberries (other berries, pears, plums or apricots would be lovely too)
