The Caker's mixes are beautiful packages of pre-mixed cake ingredients to which you just need to add some milk, butter or oil and fruit / nuts in order to make a fail-proof and ridiculously delicious cake at home, Caker style.

All cake mixes are eggless and vegan - you can make them using regular butter and milk or vegan alternatives. They're also made with spelt flour, which can suit some people with gluten intolerance.
Lemon Plum is the tartiest of Caker mixes. The kind of cake Patsy and Eddie from Ab Fab would identify with.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Lemon Cake Mix
-Spelt flour, sugar, blanched ground almonds, polenta, baking powder, salt
Plum Icing Mix
-Icing sugar, freeze-dried plum powder
-Freeze-dried plum slices
Non-stick Cake Tin Liner
ALL YOU NEED
-190ml or about 3/4 of a cup of your choice of regular milk or dairy-free milk (coconut, almond, oat or rice milk work best)
Butter or oil
-115g or about 1/2 a cup of your choice of butter or oil (light-flavoured oils like coconut oil or rice bran oil work best)
-200g or about 4 fresh or tinned plums, black Doris plums work best (sliced ripe pears, raspberries or apricots would be lovely too)
Lemon juice and zest
-90ml of lemon juice or about 2 lemons, and zest of 1 lemon
